Obituary for Lydia J. Zimmerman (Juran)

Zimmerman, Lydia J. (nee Juran) passed away in her husband’s loving arms on September 13, 2017 at the age of 91 years. Beloved wife of Lawrence of 66 years. Loving mother of Barbara (Glen) Laehn, Jean (Ramiro) Gonzalez, and Mary Sue (Daniel) Taft. Proud grandmother of Steven (Shannon), Laura (Rick), Matthew (fiancée Melissa), Vincent (Shannon), Kyle (Elizabeth), Samuel (fiancée Kaela), and great-grandchildren. Sister of Mary Crandall and best friend of Dolores Yakich. Preceded in death by her parents, Cyril and Sophie Juran; sister, Ann Yonko; and brother, Joseph Juran. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Lydia was a dedicated employee of Home State Bank/M&I for more than 40 years. She was dedicated to her family. She enjoyed life, friends, cooking, and a little gambling. Lydia built a strong foundation for her family with love, laughter, and happily ever after. She was a true example of her faith, dedicated to her family, and was just absolutely amazing. She loved unconditionally. She lived a true love story.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, September 18, 2017 at Divine Mercy Catholic Church at 11:00AM. Visitation will be Monday at church from 9:00AM-11:00AM. Interment at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
